Dates & venue

The 13th World Zoroastrian Congress 2026 Singapore (“our Congress” or “the Congress”) will take place from Monday, 28th December to Wednesday, 30th December 2026. It will begin at 9 am on Monday and conclude with a Gala Dinner & Dance on Wednesday night.

We’re also planning optional events before and after the Congress. While details are still being finalised, we can confirm the following optional events:

The Congress will be hosted at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Located in downtown Singapore at Marina Bay, it’s surrounded by top hotels, restaurants, and theatres. Nearby landmarks include the Singapore Flyer, Gardens by the Bay, and the Esplanade. Registering for the Congress

Registration for WZC Singapore 2026 will open on this website on Wednesday, 21 January 2026 at 12 noon Singapore time.

Note: The fee does not include breakfast, dinners on day 1 and day 2 of the Congress, or hotel accommodations.

Yes. Once registration opens, you’ll be able to pay online via credit/debit card and other digital payment options.

Fees will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). International attendees can pay in SGD using credit/debit cards; your card provider will convert the amount to your local currency.

No. Registration is only available for the full Congress and includes all standard events over the three days.

Yes, optional add-on events will be available and priced separately. You’ll be able to register for these through our website once registration opens.

Hotel reservations

No, your Congress registration fee does not include hotel accommodations.

We’re arranging special hotel deals for attendees. Hotel details will be available on our website soon. Once you register for the Congress, you will receive the hotel booking link in your confirmation email. Special hotel rates will be available for the dates of WZC 2026, as well as a few days before and after the event.

You’re also free to book any hotel of your choice or make private arrangements (e.g., staying with family or friends). However, we encourage you to stay at our partnered hotels to enjoy the company of fellow attendees and benefit from free shuttle buses to the Congress venue.

No. You’re free to choose your own lodging, including private stays with friends or family.

Yes, free shuttle buses will run from WZC-arranged hotels to the venue at scheduled times during the day.

Singapore also has excellent transport options including taxis, MRT (trains), buses, and ride-hailing apps like Grab and Gojek (note: Uber is not available). Your hotel concierge can help with travel guidance.

Singapore for overseas guests

If you're attending just the main Congress, arrive by the evening of Sunday, 27th December and depart on or after Thursday, 31st December. The Congress runs from Monday, 28th to Wednesday, 30th December, ending with a Gala Dinner that may go late into the night.

If you plan to attend some of the optional events such as the World Zarathushti Chamber Of Commerce (WZCC) Annual Convention (26th Dec), the Youth Mixer (27th Dec) and the New Year’s Eve Bash (31st Dec), consider arriving earlier and/ or leaving later. More details will follow soon.

Also, if you'd like to explore Singapore or Southeast Asia, you may want to extend your stay either before or after the Congress. We’ll add travel tips on our website to help you plan.

Changi International Airport is Singapore’s main airport — highly connected globally and consistently ranked among the best in the world.

You can use taxis, MRT (train), or buses. More details will be shared closer to the event.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Check if you need an entry visa here: ICA.

Arriving at the Congress

Attendees staying at one of the WZC-arranged hotels must register for the Congress at their hotel itself, the evening before the Congress opens. Attendees staying elsewhere must register at the Congress venue before 9 am on the opening day of the Congress. Please bring the passport/ID of all registered attendees with you.

Kids joining Congress

Children are welcome to attend the Congress. There will also be a Children's Track with separate sets of activities for different age groups.

Yes, you will need to pay a registration fee for children aged above 5 years. The cut off date for the age is 28 December 2026, i.e., if the child has turned 5 years on or before 28 December 2026, he/she will pay the child registration fee.

We’re organising a fun and engaging Children’s Track with age-specific groups. Activities will include outdoor games, interactive sessions, and workshops on Zoroastrianism — designed to build friendships and a sense of community.

Yes. Children’s Track activities are optional. Kids can attend regular Congress sessions, except the Youth Track, which is limited to ages 18–35.

Please indicate your interest in child minding/babysitting services (provided at the event venue) by writing to us at contactus@wzcsg26.com after you have registered for the Congress. Please note that the cost for this service (if any) would have to be borne by you.

Young adults track

Yes. The Youth Track is for 18–35 year olds. In addition to attending general sessions, youth can participate in exclusive Youth Sessions and optional events like the Youth Mixer (Sunday, 27th December) and nightlife outings on the evenings of Monday, 28th December and Tuesday, 29th December.

Tourism in Singapore & SE Asia

Yes. We plan to add a section to our website with tour recommendations and may negotiate special offers for WZC attendees.

Definitely. We’ll share a list of top attractions and activities in Singapore and aim to offer special attendee discounts.

No, sightseeing is not included. Any exploration of Singapore or the region will be at your own cost, but we’ll offer suggestions and help you plan.

Singapore is a highly accessible city for people with mobility issues. It has a strong focus on inclusive design, with features like accessible public transport, ramps, elevators, and designated wheelchair/pram spaces.

Yes. Prepaid SIM cards are available at the airport and various retail outlets in Singapore. Bring your passport or ID to purchase one.
