  • The registration process will typically take 10-15 minutes to complete for a family/ group.
  • All fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • Registration must be completed in one sitting. Incomplete forms will not be saved.
  • You will need the attendees’ full names, dates of birth, nationalities and contact details, as well as know which events each person will be registering for. Please also have your credit card ready for payment.
  • You could register for additional events on another date by filling in a new registration form. You will receive a separate confirmation email, QR code and registration number which you could use to attend the additional event(s).
  • The confirmation email will be sent to the email id of Registrant 1 only.

  • All participants must complete the online Registration Form fully. You may register for up to six people on the same form.
  • Confirmation of registration is subject to the completion of all required information on the Registration Form and full payment of the registration fee using one of the available secure online payment options.
  • The Congress registration fee is inclusive of:
  • Access to all Congress sessions across 28 to 30 December 2026 (Youth and Children’s Tracks will have age restrictions).
  • Lunch and tea/coffee breaks each day.
  • A sit-down Gala Dinner followed by a dance party on Wednesday, 30 December 2026.
  • The registration fee does not include breakfast on any of the days, dinners on Day 1 and Day 2 of the Congress, or hotel and travel costs.
  • The Parsi Zoroastrian Association of Singapore (PZAS) as the host of WZC 2026 reserves the right to close/modify registration, and to amend these terms and conditions at any time for any reason without any prior notice.

Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique registration confirmation number and QR code for each registrant and a receipt for the amount paid. Please save and/or print the registration confirmation. Please have the QR code available when checking-in for the Congress.

The 13th World Zoroastrian Congress 2026 Singapore (“our Congress” or “the Congress”) will take place from Monday, 28th December to Wednesday, 30th December 2026. It will begin at 9 am on Monday and conclude with a Gala Dinner & Dance on Wednesday night.

We’re also planning optional events before and after the Congress. While details are still being finalised, we can confirm the following optional events:

  • Saturday, 26th December: World Zarathushti Chamber Of Commerce (WZCC) Annual Convention - full day conference including dinner
  • Sunday, 27th December: Evening Youth Mixer (for ages 18–35 only)
  • Thursday, 31st December: A grand New Year’s Eve dinner bash

Registrants requiring a visa to enter Singapore, please check with the Singapore Consulate or High Commission in your country of residence prior to registration. You can also check the Singapore ICA website here and our FAQs here.

  • While we understand that sometimes registrants may need to withdraw their registration, we encourage registrants to review all applicable travel, visa, and other requirements/regulations prior to completing their registration to minimize registration cancellation requests.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis as decided by the WZC 2026 Organizers in their sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may include medical emergencies and visa cancellations. Registrations cannot be transferred to another participant. Each registrant will have to go through the cancellation/ refund process individually.
  • Registration cancellation requests will be accepted by email only to registrations@wzcsg26.com. Kindly mention “Cancellation Request” in the email subject and include your registration confirmation number, full name and the reason for cancellation. Please include your receipt and relevant documentation to support the cancellation request.
  • The amount of refund, if any, will be issued in Singapore Dollars in the same form as payment was received as soon as possible after completion of the Congress.
  • Administrative fees of a minimum of 15% as well as applicable bank charges may be deducted from all refunds.

Registrants are responsible for and strongly recommended to purchase their own medical and travel insurance. Should registrants choose not to obtain medical and travel insurance, they do so at their own discretion and WZC 2026 Organizers will not be held financially responsible.

*The cut off date for the age is 28 December 2026, i.e., if the child has turned 5 years old on or before 28 December 2026, he/she will pay the Kids Club fees. This will work similarly for the other age groups.

Post Registration

Hotel Accommodation

Special rates have been negotiated with the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel beginning from three days before and ending three days after the WZC 2026 dates, subject to availability. There are limited rooms at these negotiated rates and we encourage you to book your room(s) as soon as you register to attend WZC 2026. Pricing in Singapore dollars is indicated below.

Your registration confirmation email will have the hotel booking link to reserve your rooms. These rates are for WZC 2026 registered delegates only and we request you not to share this link with anyone not attending the Congress.

WZC 2026 is being held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, which is within easy access of the hotel. Free shuttle buses will be available between Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel and Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. A one-way shuttle ride will take only about 10 minutes.
